Last Will & Testament
This is the last Will and Testament of me Ellen Pickering of Frodsham in the County of Chester Widow
I devise and bequeath all real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my demise unto my nieces and nephews, Mary Ellen Ashley [spinster], Isabella Francis Ashley [spinster], Henry Ashley and Francis William Ashley in equal shares . . . In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 6 day of December one thousand eight hundred and eighty (Dec. 6, 1880).
Witnessed by Samuel Kirkham and Albert Corker
Ellen Pickering died 31 Oct. 1885. Her estate was valued at less than ₤610.
